Returns are not practical because of the perishable nature of seed potatoes and the value of the product in relation to shipping costs.
If your seed arrives in unsatisfactory condition, please retain the product with the packaging, describe your valid complaint, with a photo and we will agree on a refund or re-order, at no charge.
Since we cannot control your agronomic practices, failure to grow or provide an acceptable crop using our seed will be your responsibility.
SHIPPING INFO
We ship only to the lower 48 United States.
Product shipping will begin when the outside temperature along the shipping route is expected to be above freezing.
We will use USPS Priority Flat Rate boxes in the following sizes/rates:
Small - $9.55 - for 1 lb of small or medium tubers - ($9.55/lb for 1 lb)
Medium - $16.85 - up to 8 lbs of all tuber sizes - ($2.11/lb for 8 lbs)
Large - $23.05 - up to 10 lbs of all tuber sizes - ($2.31/lb for 10 lbs)
